I have had the same issue as other reporters. I ordered and paid for a pair of Nudie jeans, this company sent me a pair of cheap & fake True Religion jeans which were totally different from what I ordered.
When I contacted them to say I wanted to return the jeans and have my money refunded, they would not agree and have been trying to get me to accept a partial refund and keep the jeans they sent me.
I have been going back and forth with the company via email from [email protected] and have now contacted the State Administration for Industry & Commerce in China to complain about this company and seek advice on how to proceed.
