I experienced the same thing. I called immediately, because they put a complete charge, not the shipping only fee they stated. I called and received a cancellation number, but they wouldn't give me the return address to send it back. The woman I spoke to said that there was no charge to my card. She didn't say "yet" or that the cancellation was for future shipments.) She insisted I complete the trial period and call back if I wasn't satisfied and she would give me the address to send it back.

I went against my instincts, and tried it. It didn't work and I called to get a refund. They charge $60 for the Burn and about $38 for the colon cleanser, per bottle. They sent me 4 bottles of Colon cleanse and 2 bottles of Burn. After fighting on the phone -I recorded the message and got the woman's first and last name - She said they would refund $150. And that the free trial was for ten days and they don't refund if the bottle is open. How do you smoke something without opening it?

I am going to call my excellent credit card company and fight it. Oh, the manager issue - I received the same answer - that they only had one supervisor and that that person was not there.
