When I agreed to the complimentary offer at an agreed upon price of $4.95 I directly informed the person that absolutely no other charges related to this tranaction with the exception of the original $4.95 price were authorized. I in fact made her repeat this 5 times due to past experences with sales gimmics such as this. She assured me that there would be no additional charges. But with in a few weeks I recieved a call from my banks Fraud department stating they were concerned about a suspisious charge being made to my account. It was an unathorized charge of $99.99 and an additional charge of $19.99 from the same group, E-Brand Cigs. When I called them to question them. They told me that I had agreed to their Terms. I in no way ever agreed to their terms. After a long heated discussion they agreed to refund $80.00 but absolutely no more. Not only did I receive their charges but I also recieved two additional overdraft fees due to them taking money that I had no way of knowing they were going to take. They explained had I have way 10 days for the $80.00 refund. They did not wait to take my money even though it was not authorized and I should not have to wait for the refund. Please be extremely catious when dealing with this company. They talk extremely fast went talking to them and do not explain the program until they have already got you.
