I responded to an offer of a free trial of moisturiser. Postage cost £1.99. They sent it to me 2 weeks later but charged me £85. They said I had agreed to be charged if I didn't return it in 2 weeks, but I didn't even get it in 2 weeks, and they had no proof that I agreed to that. I called and emailed and told them to give me a refund and never send or charge again but they have now charged me a further £89 using a different name. It was sent from Czech Republic, but they have an address in London and in Scotland. I suggest a bunch of us go over there and find them. Who's up for joining me?
