I ordered 2 free samples and was told i only needed to pay for postage.....£4.87 for each product.
From the time I ordered, the 'free' (risk free) samples took over a month to reach me.
Initially this was all they took. The next month, October 2013, $70.00 was taken out of my account.
Nowhere on the website was there any information stating that these products were going to cost me anything after 2 weeks. They did not even mention that it was a Trial. There was nothing to 'opt' into or out of...... This is a scam.
I have been into the website to look at the terms and conditions, and do see that they have set this out with the provision that if you don't cancel within 2 weeks you will pay for the 'free' samples. However,Nowhere on the face page do they give any inkling of this, knowing people will fall into their trap. The products took so long to reach me, I would never have been able to contact them in time, had i wanted to.
