In September this year one night the TV was showing the Quiz Hour program. They were asking audiences to phone a certain telephone no. to identify a subject on the screen and the winner can win a certain amount of money. There's also a charge for calling the telephone number they provided. I unsuspectingly tried to call up the program but each time my calls were met with a recording saying that I am caller number so and so but never the caller on the right line. That was fine until later I noticed that they increased the prize money several times. It was just not possible that nobody got through on the right line the first time around when the prize money was at the lowest. Clearly they tried to entice more people to call, but without the intention to really take their calls until the very last moment. If they didn't intend to take calls at the first few times and yet they kept asking people to call, that is equivalent to a scam. I would therefore like to report this and I hope they can reimburse with the charges for the calls that I made.
Thank you very much.
