My children are on my phone plan and my son's phone has been charged $9.99 + California tax for an auto-subscribe service w/o my permission since May 23, 2013. This company has no right to target a minor first of all and secondly it is a deception. I spoke with Palo at the company and he states the service has been in effect on our phone or(6) months but can only credit me for (90) days per my carrier per ATT.
