I order a part Madhouse Parts. com. I have called many times and left voice mails. I did get a hold of a Lady and she said, she would check the ticket on the part and email me a tracking number. No email from her. I have email them every other day. They did contact me back once and said the same about the ticket. They said they would email me back as soon as they heard from parts about the ticket. That was on October 29. I check my email every day, no respond. I have talk to Better Business Bureau, and they told me i need a Zip Code or a address to file a report. I cannot find no location on them. So if anyone knows there location, please comment me back. Thanks (Personal Information Removed)
