BEWARE - SCAM Company doing Internet business under names;
DietaryHerb.com and Vitamin.mx
I found this company through Google search for vitamin supplements. I purchased $134.24 in vitamins on 10-23-2013, payment made through PayPal. Their stated shipping policy is 5-7 days free shipping. By 11-5-2013 I did not receive my order. I emailed the company asking for status and they did not reply. A further internet investigation revealed multiple complaints on ScamBook.com for same reason - failure to ship product.
I immediately filed a Resolution Complaint with PayPal requesting a refund. This company's PayPal account is under the name Vitmin.mx.
PayPal immediately credited my credit card with a full refund. Kudos to PayPal - got my refund and this Scam Company did not get my credit card number! Thank you PayPal and Thank you ScamBook.com for providing this valuable forum!!
