I ordered from them back in August and received the wrong item. I contacted them and after a few weeks, they finally responded and said to ship it back and they would reimburse me 100% for the purchase as well as refund me for shipping the incorrect item back. They also wanted me to send it with a tracking number which is why it cost $10.25. I immediately returned it. Weeks, again, passed with no response or refund. They finally responded and said they had family issues and then refunded me for the purchase, but not the shipping. It is now November, and they have been ignoring and or not responding to me once again. I still have not received my refund in the amount of $10.25. I have taken this issue to Amazon.com who has done nothing about it - they said they can only cover purchases, which, well, technically it IS a purchase. So I bring it here.
