Apparently tacit acceptance of a fraudulent contract which lead to a direct debit agreement of £44 per month.
No contract was agreed to and payment was taken after cancellation of any contract.
Liability is suspicious at best as I'm handling this matter for a friend with a terminal mental illness.
Despicable.
