I ordered a free trial bottle of Garcinia Cambogia Max and paid shipping of $4.75. I experienced slight side effects with the sample and did not order anymore.
There was no indication that they would be sending additional shipments and charging my bank account $105.95 for the product.
On 10/16/2013, my bank account was charged $105.95 for a 30 day supply of the product. I sent the product back on 10/22,2013 in accordance with the instructions on the packing slip. I also notified the supplier via email the product was being returned. The product was signed for on 10/25/2013 at the return center.
On October 30,2013 I received an email from the supplier that I had to call customer service and recieve approval to return the product.Also they were charging a shipping/return fee, and a 35% restocking charge on the product again there was no mention on the packing slip of these charges.
I am still waiting for my refund.
