Received a card in the mail which appeared to be legit. After not getting any copies of the magazine for several months, notified Time & was told they'd never received any payment. Notified CBC/PublishersPayment & received a response that they needed to be paid before the subscription could be processed. Our credit union had already verified that my check had been cashed on the above date-- a check made out to CBC. In a very brief review of complaints of this "company," it is apparent this scam is being carried out in multiple states. I am puzzled as to why this isn't publicized more widely than just on the web. I will be notifying the state attorney general's office next to see if they have any answers. Not a lot of money-- but still very annoying.
