I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from the website Bestbuyboot.com, it is a very professional looking website with good value prices displayed, probably too good with hindsight.
I received a letter today from the United Kingdom Border Agency stating that the boots had been detained as they were counterfeit.
I have checked the website there are no terms and conditions displayed and no "contact us" information other than a Hotmail.com e mail address.
