I saw an advertisement for Food Network Magazine for $18 for a one year subscription. I ordered it on December 17 2012, and a withdrawal was made on my account on December 18 for $22.95 not $18 as the advertisement noted. I have NEVER received not one magazine and I have sent countless number of emails and also left phone messages with their customer service number of 1-800-787-1414 but no one has ever contacted me from that company. i just want my money back and others to know about this injustice to the consumers.
