I purchased the 14 day trial...it took 5 days to recieve the product. I used the product for 9 days and recieved a $159.93 charge on my credit card. When i tried to contact the company there was no answer for days on the 888 numder and the email support address wasn't valid. I finaly talked to a customer support rep and he cancelled future orders but told me i had to speak to a supervisor for a refund. He said I order the product on 10/17 and they charged on 11/1 - 14 days. I explained it is impossible to have a 14 day trial without the having the physical product and they didn't even ship until 10/18. I attempted to cancel on 11/1 and couldn't get anyone on the phone or email. I've yet to hear back from a supervisor.
