I ordered a supposedly FREE sample of Lift Serum costing £1.99 for postage. I thought that a free sample was for you to try out and then order the product if you liked it. They say that this may take a few months to show any effect so how do they expect you to try it out and return it within 14 days. If you don't do this they charge you £84.71 then send you a further one every month and charge you £84.71. This is not a free sample like they say so it is a con and never buy anything from this company.

  • Unfortunately I have had exactly the same problem only found out when i got my bank statement, they don't send out any information,return address or phone no. I responded to a popup on facebook for a Free sample, I thought it was for you to try and then give them feedback on the product, you don,t even receive the product until nearly 14 days from order date. I did not even know who the company where so rang my bank. I then looked them up online where you see alot more details that didn't show on the popup, if it did you would never buy the product. Because you cannot prove when the product arrived because like most people when a parcel arrives you throw away the packaging because you do not know at the time there is a problem. When I called the company on the phone number my bank gave me they refused to refund any money even if I returned unopened goods as the 14 day from the actual order date is up. When I explained that the products arrived after that time they said I should have called them and they would have extended the time. Being as you are not aware that you have signed up for these products to be delivered every month at these prices and they don,t give you a number, they are on a win win situation and you can,t get your money back as the bank say you gave them your credit card number. I just wish I knew how to warn more people as its only when something like this happens that you find sites like this and find your not the only one. How many people can afford creams at these prices and most creams I buy last longer than a month. This company know how to scan people and still be within the law because they know you can't prove anything. The offer said you were only aloud 2 products to try which I did so I was charged 84.71 and 89.99
    what I call a very expensive lesson.
