I had a call from AK Management telling me that they could get me a loan and as its coming up to christmas I agreed to go a head. I asked if they charged a fee but she said that only if you are approved then £79 will be taken once the loan is accepted I couldn't get a loan so I thought ok the fee won't be taken as I didn't accept any of their loan offer as they all said no even though they said they would all say yes!!!! I called them today and they are telling me there is no refund as I accepted to pay this fee but I only accepted if I took a loan but I didn't! I don't know what to do now I'm £79 down this month with tow children to feed!
Update: 11/04/2013
I have spoken to ak management again I asked to speak to management but they told me that managers do not take calls. Also requested a copy of the call recordings and they refused I have been told by law they have to provide me with a recording.
