1- VGMC Investment depend on issuing Convertible Preferred Stocks (CPS) – Gold to its shareholders.
2- The return of CPS-G Dividend is paid in troy ounce(s) of Gold
no we are edning no where and they need more money in order to list our shares
This is the link for steps I should do it for Listing our shares (http://www.vgmc.com/our_investors.aspx) from this steps it’s clear that I’ll pay an extra money for listing and no other solution announced also they declared that Shareholders who do not complete these KYC procedures by 31st December 2013 will lose any rights to be allotted any shares in LISTCO.
