MPC Support Ran Off With $340 Of My Money And Made My Computer Crash

MaxPC support told me I had to sign and agreement to have them maintain my computer which I did. From 2011 to September 2013. This so call company was my support technician and my computer was always infected with virus since I started using them. How I can started or turn on to them my cousin who claim they helped her with her PC she's regretting it now.

The more I called them the more the viruses got worst as they would come into the PC under logmein123 give a code and claim that they would repair...I Still can here the Indian people laughing in the back and them Saying..Don't worry Mam we have this under control we will make this right and then Turing over the call to another person claiming to be a supervisor which was always suspect. Eventually my computer crash causing me to loose all my important documents and to shell out $600 I did not have for another PC.

In October I called them to find out the number was disconnected and after sending a email it was returned stating the customers did not pay so they have to close for a while.
This was the biggest scam since IRON bread prison style..I'm just saying they ripped a lot of people off and to think even an educated fool can get taken.
