Paid $200 for a Ipad warranty so they would replace the battery. They charged me another $80 to fix the loose charging port. After keeping it 5 weeks they sent it back and nothing was done to it. Sent it back again and they tried to say the motherboard was fried, the screen came loose and several other excuses. On the final call with them they tried to sell me a refurbished Ipad. They finally sent my Ipad back (after another 6 weeks) having never replaced the battery or fixed the charging port.
