This deceitful company does not make it clear you are entering into a contract when they dupe you into trying "Lift & Glow" for £1.99.
When they sent me another "Lift & Glow" and charged me £84.71 on 25.08.13, I immediately rang them (0808-189-0369) and told them I did not ask for it, did not want it and would be returning it to them. I was told I could not do this but that they would cancel my "contract" (did not know I had one) and not send me any more but that I would have to pay for the one I received. I agreed to this, under duress, but since then I have been billed for a "ProLift" (£89.66 on 12/09/13) and another "ProLift" (£89.66 on 12.10.13) NEITHER OF WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED!!
I am a pensioner and cannot afford being charged these exhorbitant amounts of money every month. To make matters worse, I have cancer and simply cannot do with all this stress. It is making me ill.
