After giving this attorney the details of an incident that has been taking place for many years tried to evade the case of fraud and scamming I had presenting her by stating that it was way past the four year statue of limitations the association had given to any complaint brought to this agency. This complaint would voice the horrors sometimes committed by licenses holding realtors that are the only ones allowed to do such openly and large deals that involve selling and buying of property here in the state of Texas. After protesting very loudly and threatening to bring all of the horrified details of the fact that took place and the turning down of known facts, in which would cause others to look and questioned there own past dealing with some realtor whom might of caused or scammed these other persons out of there hard earn money. A Amber Hilton who is a junior attorney was given the chore of looking into this travesty and decide if it was worst pursuing and therefor revocation of this persons realtor license would commence. This Amber Hilton has given me a positive hope that this score of events in which an elderly person was scammed out of a lot of hard earned money, that this elder had spent earning all his life only to be taken for the majority of his money. Time will tell, but this Amber Hilton will do the right thing and remove this scongrel license from him so that he can harm no one else.
