I responded to a craiglist ad for a 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500. Here is the reply I got back from a person claiming to be Lara Glover:

Hello,
Is still available and has 111,062 miles and automatic transmission. 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 is excellent in every way, has no accident reports, with no need for additional repairs and clear title. Anyway, thank you for your interest in buying the truck. I am selling it at this final price $4,200 because my husband died 2 months ago (he had a heart attack) and brings me bad memories and that's the reason I want to sell it asap. I along with my daughter decided to sell our house and we moved to my sister in Fort Collins, trying to start a new life. I already have tons of emails so I hope you understand that I need to sort them out. Also, I take in consideration only those buyers who are really interested in buying the truck, to be sure that I don't waste my time with endless discussions. Second email is as follows:

As I told you in my first email, I am in Fort Collins, CO. Before leaving I prearranged the deal with Yahoo Finance so my presence isn't necessary. They will not give me any money until you receive and test the truck. The truck is at the shipping company, ready to be delivered. The shipping cost is included in the total price of the truck! You have 7 days to test it and inspect it before committing to buy the truck. So if you want to make this deal I need the following details from you:
- full name and address
- shipping address
- phone number
After I will have all this details I will forward them to Yahoo Finance and I will proceed the order. They will contact you with all the details that you need to complete this deal and also to see that I am covered by them and that I am legit seller. Waiting your email with the requested details.
