I purchased two bluetooth headsets from newiphoneoutlet.com. The website is identical to Apple's and I did not notice it was not legitimate, when I linked to it from another website. The items took several weeks to arrive and were obviously knock offs, when I received them. The box included a big picture of Steve Jobs and it had lots of Chinese lettering all over it. The instructions were in Chinese and English but the English was written so poorly, it was not understandable. I immediately stopped payment through my credit card. I sent an email inquiry to the company and did not hear anything back. Now they can deal with the fraud experts at Chase!
