Paid deposit in July this year, Kitchen came on the delivery date... We fitted it ourselves and discovered that the draw front pack was wrong, we ordered a 3 drawer unit comprising of 2x deep and 1x shallow drawers but we received a 4x shallow drawer drawer-front pack; the unit and drawer carcases are correctly for 2x deep and 1x shallow.

Secondly the 'magic corner' was highly corroded, rusty and had paint peeling off.

The top and bottom cornice for the wall units was too short, we cut it with no waste at all because we realized that it wasn't long enough when we measured it. We've managed to fit the front and one side to both wall units, leaving 1 side on each unit not completed; top and bottom.

Also the 2 drawer fronts to the base unit didn't match, it's a 1000mm base unit with 2 doors and 2 drawers.

We've contacted the company over 10 times over the last few months, been hung-up on, been on hold for over 7 hours in total and been passed around to different people!

When we initially complained about the kitchen they promised to replace the wrong and missing parts, they sent an in-house courier over in a van, replaced the magic corner with a new one, took the 4 drawer pack leaving us 1 for our top drawer and took the 2 drawers from the 1000mm base unit... they wrote down what was wrong and said they'd send the replacements via courier/DHL/Parcelforce or equivalent...

We waited for a few weeks but no delivery so we contacted the company again but again to no avail.

We have since contacted them with a direct threat of solicitor and court action, with this they called us back straight away and seemed like they'd sort it all out...

We waited again for a few weeks and have called them back a few more times, still no luck.
Our last call was today and was passed around again and finally they hung-up on us.

All we need is a few drawer fronts, surely it can't be that difficult can it...?

The original kitchen designer was a bit pushy but overall quite helpful.

I would NEVER recommend this kitchen company to anyone, they should either MASSIVELY improve their customer care or be BANNED from carrying on in business. I'm a business owner and I'd never dream of treating people like they do, it's not fair and totally unacceptable.
