on 10/14/2013 i unfortunately responded to an ad stating that for $4.95 total i would receive some face cream. gave my credit information, and now the bank tells me they took $93.00 from my account. i want this money back in my account.

- Hi, you need to phone or email the company to cancel within 14 days, or you will receive another jar and another £93 plus postage will be taken automatically out of your account. When you return the jar of cream, you need to post with a tracking number or the company will not refund your money. You have to obtain a cancellation number from the company and write this on the parcel. They will also try to skim off £20 for restocking the item, so you should tell them you don't agree to it. Good luck and act fast!

- Hi again, just saw that it is a month ago! If you paid by credit card, you should check the Consumer Act section 75. You may be able to obtain your money from the credit card. Phone them up and tell them it is your legal right to complain about the company and ask for a refund form.
