I purchased a Blackberry bold 9900 for 219.99$ + shipping of 27$.there was an info that my card will only be charged after item is shipped.then i received a call from my agent that I was scheduled for a flight soon.So I had to cancell the purchase before they shppid the item.there was no info that item is shipped therefore I should not be charge.I received an email stating that my item was cancelled due to out of stock or a problem with the billing address and ask me to contact my credit card provider,also confirming the cancellation of my purchase.I contacted my credit card provider and no refund from N1 was made but in my order status refund was already made.I am from Philippines and such amount of money is already for a month to feed a mid class family.Please help me to get my money back.This payments that we make are all hard earned money.Thank you and please let me know if there is anything you can do to help me.
