Instead of being charged for one order, our buy one-get-one order went from $19.99 plus s&h to $71.70. To top it off, there is no customer service. the company uses a call center where they basically can only take orders and respond to basic questions and based on the answers I received from the call center about my order, someone isn't telling the truth.
