I first signed up Sept.9. First charge was 37.. That same time I signed up for the one time fee of 97. My first time request for a refund was 9/22, then 9/26, my last time was 10/10. Not once did I get a response from them. I just decided I needed dairy free also, so the web site did not help me much. The site says a full refund for any reason. Then I also had 2 withdrawals from my checking account each for 17.95..please cancel it all and help with my refund. Thank- you.
