Offer of 1 month free trial for price of delivery only (£4.99).
Product ordered and debited from my card on 26th September 2013. Product didn't arrive until 21 September. On 13 September they debited a further £ 89.08 from my card, this is before the item had even arrived with me. No indication on the website that delivery would take so long, otherwise would not have ordered.
How can this be called a free trial if they charge you even before the product has been delivered and you have had chance to see if the product is for you. Two further debits have been made against my card, 25th October £ 93.30 & 26th October £ 93.15. I have reported this to my card issuer as unauthorised transactions and a stop has been placed to make sure no further debits are made.
All 3 transactions are made from the same retailer number, but with the 3 different locations as stated. This scam needs to be stopped.
