Today I went for so called CRAZY ONE DAY ONLY DEALS at Zamel's, Geraldton Branch whereyou are suppose to stand in queue. I went at 7:30 am in the morning for that and saw that there was no one standing for the queue and I went and stood in the marked area for the queue and suddenly a lady came who was sitting on a bench saying that she is in queue and is here from 5 am in the morning, when even the shopping Centre was closed.My point is why she was not standing in the queue when the rule is that you have to be in queue. I can say that I was there since last night for this event,but that's not right. Zamel staff told me that the lady was there in first as they were told because when the satff came I was there standing in the queue on the first spot and they themselves never saw that lady standing in first spot. They didn't listen to me at all which was very unprofessional. I will never visit Zamel store in future because the staff is very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
