i scheduled a duct cleaning one week in advance with Ace Duct Cleaning, chicago,il for wed. 10/19/2011 between 10am & noon. this cleaaning was scheduled in accordance with ace's advertisement in valupak. no technician showed as scheduled & no courtesy call. when i called the company @ 12:30pm was told technician running alittle late would be at my location shortly. same reply @! 1:30pm; 2pm, 2:30pm. i was being extremely patient as i had a painting crew scheduled for 7am thursday, 10/20/2011. 3pm call by elicited by myself revealed tech still tied up; they would dispatch another tech. 3:30pm; 4pm; 4:39pm; & 5pm same story. a call from ACE @ 5:15pm informs me that tech in car accident they will have to reschedule. not only did their discourteous and unprofessionalism keep me from attending to my own gainful employment but it also necessitated reschuled the paint crew at additional expense. $$$$$$$ and many headaches can be saved by avoiding ACE_DUCT CLEANING.
