I called this company prior to ordering wheels and tires to make sure they had everything in stock. I was assured by Luis they had the wheels in stock he just had to get them shipped for mounting and balance. After 14 daysI still had not received a shipping notice so I called customer service. I spoke with Luis again and he said he had the tires but not the rims. I called one week later and was told he had two rims and was waiting on the others from the manufacturer. So at this point I knew he was lying from the beginning when he said he had them in stock. I tried to cancel my order but was referred to their trems and conditions that an order cancelled before 30 days has a 35% restock charge......so they want $700 from me because they cannot provide the merchandise that I have already paid for. I have attempted to cancel my order after 30 days adn am disputing the charge with my credit card. This seems to be a less than honest business. I would recommend not using them.
