In a nutshell...I looked at a site of a testimonial and it had a box to buy the info packet for 2.97. That's ALL I authorized! Then I find I have a charge for .08 atm foreign charge? Then a charge for 57.93. I tried calling for 4 days and kept getting the message call back in 30 min. our system is updating..2 hours later still the SAME message! Then a guy answers, refuses to give his name, and when I told him why I was calling (I said this in a nice manner thinking it shouldn't be a problem getting a refund) he told me right away if I start cussing or being rude he WILL hang up on me! I said not a problem but I don't like how you were rude to me. I'd like to talk to someone else but he said no HE'LL deal with the complaint!? In the end I got no refund and more frustration. I have been trying to call back and NOW no message stating call in 30 min however they put you on hold for like 7 min of music and then it hangs up on you! I want a refund of 60.98 back...Could you guys help?
