They called me on my phone and they pretended to be an official for the USA green card lottery representative, they got me to give them my credit card numbers that are on the front of my card, then they asked for name and expire date and name, wish I gave. Then they wanted to know my 3 digit code on the back of my card wish I refused! Then they put me on hold for a minute and the told me the payment had gone trough. Than they put me trough to an other person claiming to be an US immigration officer. He tried to sell me some books and software and again asked for my card info, again I gave him the information on the front of my credit card. He also asked for the secret 3 digit's on the back wish I refused to tell him on the phone! Then that person put me on hold again!? for a minute and the told me the payment had gone trough.
I got some further e-mails sending them my photo and welcoming me to their VIP USA Green Card Lottery member.
Now 36 hours later I have blocked my credit card and I am hoping they could not get money from my account without those 3 secret digits wish I DID NOT GIVE THEM!!!! People like that USAGC.org are fishing for credit card information, personal information like address and telephone numbers.
If you want to participate in the Green Card lottery, do it trough the official US Embassy website. It is now and it will always be free!!! ------USAGC is a fraude-----

Just call your credit company and tell them that usagc is a scam and you don't wish to pay anything to them. You can cancel a deal that was made in the internet up to 6 month after the deal was made. Good Luck!

They continue still!!
On Feb., I got advertise email and I went to their pages. Very well done, cause I believed, they are legal and trustful pages. I filled appligation, but then came payment part. You could choose one or more years and I started hesitate.
I left it uncomplited, wanted to think about it.
Soon I got a phonecall, dont remember name, but same thing.. He said he is an officer, who would help me complite it. He told things, which I had red already and then he said that "Okay Hannele, now we can finish the payment on the phone and asked my creditcard information (numbers, exp.day and securecode on back)

I have made shopping online with my card, and there you have to give your greditcard numbers, exp.day and also 3digits securecode. BUT! Those places has have "Verification by Visa" !!
So those places has been trusted, and never have had any problems.

I told the man, that I DONT EVER GIVE MY CREDITCARD INFORMATION ON THE PHONE, CAUSE I CANNOT BE SURE, WHO IS CALLING AND WHERE!

He was very good, explained that if I dont make payment just now on the phone, my appligation will be destroyed. I said that I will make payment on their website.
ON THEIR WEBSITE, IT LOOKS LIKE THEIR PAYMENT SYSTEMS ARE SECURED, AND IT COULD BE SO, BUT AFTER YOU HAVE PAID, THEY CAN CHARGED YOUR ACCOUNT ANY TIME AND AS MANY TIMES THEY WANT!!!

I refused to give my card informations. So, he said that my application will be destroyed and I cannot do it again.
Few months were quiet, but now they have started chasing me again. And my application "is waiting to my actions, to complited it on their website"

That point, I started to investigate this, and found these sites.
I survived cause didnt give my cards numbers.
AND AFTER THIS, I DECIDED THAT START USING PAYPAL WITH ANY NETSHOPPING.
THAT IS ONLY WAY TO AVOID YOUR CARDINFORMATIONS TO END WRONG PEOPLE!!

WHY USA GOVERMENT DOESNT DO ANYTHING, IF THEY KNOW THAT THESE FRAUDS, ARE USING THEM LIKE THIS??
