Hi, I order a trial product on October 11, 2013 and they charged me a trial price of $5.39. Then on October 29, 2013 they charged me an additional charge of $96.89. When I called to inquire about the charge, they told that the package was delivered to me on October 22, 2013 and "I refused to accept a package". First of all, how could I refuse a package I ordered online and how is it possible for me to refuse a product when I wasn't home. Canada Post never left me any kind of notification that they tried to deliver the package. How do I get my money back. I want my money back.

I would look further into this attempted delivery. They may have tried to deliver it to the wrong address, in which case, that resident likely refused the package. If you still have the original e-mail, see if there's a tracking number and take that to Canada Post. Find out what happened. If you didn't get a tracking number, call Garcinia Cambogia Elite and see if they still have it on file.

If it turns out it was sent back as being refused, they should have received it by now and you can tell them so. The packaging will have a Ref ID# (6 digits) that identifies you as the intended recipient, and they will know when it comes back to them. Explain the whole situation. They should work with you. -
