We had blinds installed which were very cheaply made. One blind was too small for the window yet they still installed it. We requested a refund within days after the installation. We agreed to an upgrade with the company. They installed the new blinds and we still have problems. Some of the blinds are crooked, none of the touch the window sill when pulled down. During the second installation all of the blinds were not even in. And the blind for the window with the too small blind now is too big for the window. We called the company twice immediately after the second installation and no one has returned our calls. We just want our money back and the company can have it's cheap blinds. What a rip off.
