This is n reference to the complaint I filed last Oct 28. I was worried about teh long delay of the products I ordered from Biotrim Labs since they declared that the products would be with me in a matter of 8 to 12 days. It was the 14 days already and nor products came. It was the first time I encountered such delay so I researched on the authenticity/legality of the company and I didnt get any substantial details. I got so worried that the company could be a bogus one operating as a scam. When I checked about them my inkling worsen since I saw your site and read complaints similar to mine. I still hoped against hope that they are true and operating legally since I trusted my money to them. I just would like to let you know that finally I received the products I ordered from them. The very long delay could have been caused by delivery technicalities having been new in the industry. I just would like to be fair with the company since the complaints others might also read here would affect their sales. I'm hoping that these would somehow help redeem their product transaction thru the net. Thanks you so much for publishing this.Biotrim Labs is legal after all.We can trust the validity of their claim.
