I bought an unlock service from them on October 19, 2013. As per their website, I would get a successful unlock email within 15-30 mins. Since it was a weekend when I bought the service, I thought it was ok to wait until monday. So monday came and I was worried since I never got an email like they promised on their website. I decided to email them on October 21, 2013. I did not receive a word from them. The morning of the following day (October 22, 2013), I used their website leave a message help site and still no word. On the evening of that same day, I emailed them again. After 3 emails of attempt to contact them, I finally got a word on October 23,2013. This time, the response email I got said my iPhone was successfully unlocked. After I followed the instructions to unlock the phone, the iPhone was not successfully unlocked. I went to T-mobile store to buy a sim card just to make sure that it was really unlocked but to my dismay it was not. I emailed back that same day asking for refund and to this day I did not receive my refund. It has been six days and their website says I am guaranteed for a refund. I just want my refund back.
