I did a search because I may have lost my certificate of naturalization and created an account. Locally I stop to give another final look for it and within hours I received a call from a number at the above mentioned location.
The person left a call back message from American Administration Center to call back at 888-975-2054, ex 325 about my lost certificate.
I immediately search for the number, found the complaints which clarify my question.
Lucky for me I stop before giving any further information for payment.
