I did a purchase in Amazon.uk and I used Alfasent.com as a 'bridge'. Their job is to receive my product and send it to my address in Brazil. But they forgot to write down my 'CPF', it's an important document number in my country. They did not asked for it in registration and mailing process, but it's still Alfasent.com responsibility to know what each country requests in their respective customhouses. I called TNT Brazil (the courier that transported the package,) last week, said the track number (879257632) and they told me that the customhouse refused the package because there was not written my CPF in the box, and returned it to Alfasent.com address in UK. When it got back in there, they told me through e-mail, that was necessary for me to pay for their mistake, in other words, pay for shipping again. What, of course, is not gonna happen. I got a refund for shipping cost creating a dispute in PayPal website. But I did not receive the value of my product that they have in their hands (£47.98 GBP), purchased at Amazon. I request a refund of £47.98 GBP, this is what I paid at Amazon.uk for the product.
