On August 23rd, 2013 I purchased a program called Investor Reboot for 2 payments of $97. The first one coming out on August 23, 2013. It was only a couple of audios that really didn't explain how to do any of the business. As I was unhappy with the product, per their guarantee, On August 27, 2013, I requested a refund of the initial $97 and not to charge the additional $97. I heard from a Chris Casiello at [email protected] stating I had to fill out a form for the refund. Which I did and sent back on August 28th, 2013. After repeated phone calls and emails, I then heard back from Chris regarding the additional payment.

Refund checks are mailed within 10-14 days. I am out of the office, however I will check the status and get you an update on Monday.

I have not been able to get contact with anyone since. I have not received a check, nor electronic deposit refund or even an acknowledgement. I have sent emails from multiple email accounts in case there was a spam folder issue as stated above. I have sent emails to chris' email stated above. As well as Twelvestone Accounting Dept (Matt Skinner)" <[email protected]> and Matt Skinner email at [email protected] and no matter how many emails I send.. or call their number at (442) 777-3863 and leave messages I just never get an answer. I am looking to get my $97 back.
