Bought Amazon Profit Sniper and parts of the software needed was missing, and i was overall disappointed with the product tried to contact support at http://www.azprofitsniper.com/refunds.html but that goes to something called clickbetter.com they just respond saying it wasn't purchased from us. going through my bank at this point yea it's only 14.00 but it's the priciple
