I agreed to a trial offer for the gardenia cambogia on 9/09/2013, when I went to agree it did not even give me the correct check out process. It automatically jumped to a different website upon paying and I received an email saying the natural cleansing was ordered. I had no clue if my order was even processed.

I did end up receiving both the natural cleansing and the SLENDER (not the same gardenia cambogia advertised). I felt sick when taking the slender, so I did not take it anymore.

I tried to call to cancel and i'd be placed on hold, and eventually hung up on. I am a very busy person and this felt like it was consuming my days.

On 9/23/2013 my account was charged $74.99 and $84.99. Consumed with frustration I continued to call, I went to leave a message but they have you leave only your phone number and say someone will get back to you. This is after a repeated number of calls trying to make contact. I did NOT receive a call back, so I also sent an email stating I wanted my money back and they were not to touch my bank account again. I did NOT receive any type of acknowledgment from the company.

Yesterday 10/27/2013 I receive a bottle of the slender in the mail and I look on my bank account to learn they have charged me another $89.99. I called and was hung up before talking to customer service, so I tried again with the enter my phone number to be contacted by a customer representative.
This time within 10 mins I received a phone call back.

I spoke to an agent named Von. He said he could do nothing to refund my money, and all they could do was cancel. I stated everything i've stated in here and he could careless to hear anything I had to say. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me to hold for a minute. He got back on the phone within a minute and told me a supervisor would call me back; all the supervisors were busy with "their clients" (his words). I was raged, so I asked for his name. Then I asked if the supervisor was going to call back tonight and he said yes. All together I was getting no where with the conversation, and Von kept trying to get me off the phone. I have not received a phone call back from a supervisor. I did call back again to reach a different agent, thinking maybe I'd get better results...but when I called back....for the first time someone actually answered the phone and guess who it was -- VON.

After hanging up I signed back into my bank account and noticed I was charged $79.99 today also. I'm pissed that's $339.92 of my money. I want my money back, it's a shady situation and technically illegal.

ANGER -- FRUSTRATED -- EXHAUSTED......PLEASE HELP

  • On 11/16@2:05 pm, after multiple calls waiting time around 30 min. to 1 hr each time, I finally get a customer rep on the phone (Susan). She was really quick trying to get me off the phone & kept saying that I have agreed to the terms online (Inappropriate Content Removed) which I said I have read all of the fine print that "your company did not have anything in writing". Well, they finally agreed to a refund but only half for each of the charge/transactions & they make it seems they were doing me a favor. My advise to you, if you can't get through them then email to all of the email address here (cc yourself) at [email protected] & [email protected] so you can have it on file. Btw, you will get an automatic msg guiding you to to their "Customer Request" form, that form is a load of (Inappropriate Content Removed)...they don't event have a submit button once you're done filling out the form, it was a waste of time. Lastly, if you still get no response within a day/two, cancel your credit/bank card so they can't charge you further. They will have to call your bank/credit card company & contest it (by providing proof) that you have signed on to the automatic charges/pmt. If they can't then case close but you might not see your refund still. I'm in the same situation as you and was out of $232 as of Nov. 6 (the promotional stuff was ordered on 10/18) in which they agreed to refund half. That's how I have the 2 emails for you to contact them. Good luck in resolving your complaint. I am filing a complaint with the business bureau, such a shady company.

  • Yesterday I saw the offer on Facebook being promoted as Women's Health special report. They used their logo and everything. It looked legit. I decided to order the trial for both products - Natural Cleanse and Garcinia Cambogia. Both were offered free only shipping. Both sites stated you would be charged if you didn't cancel. One was 14 days amd one 18 days. I received conformation emails for both. Later yesterday evening I googled the article to show my boyfriend only to find that it is a SCAM. I immediately tried to call the numbers listed in their emails as well as their website (which are different) and couldn't get through. I called my credit card company and they gave me the numbers that showed up...which are also different. Go figure. I tried calling all numbers today and can't get through to anyone. However...before I called today a guy called me before from the company. I told him I wanted to cancel and he hung up on me. Cant get through to cancel. Cancelled my credit card today. ..but they can roll it over to my new one possibly. Don't know what to do.
