I found and ad for this company's product which was a free trial. I did part of the free trial, but had to stop because I was having a bad reaction to the product. This was around one month ago. Now, today, I find out that they have charged $31.98 to my credit card. I'm guessing that they are trying to force people to take the stuff because I already told one salesman that I "COULD NOT TAKE THE STUFF" and I did not want any more. It's called Force Factor, but they have a whole line of things that they push.
Update: 10/28/2013
I called and spoke with a nice person in the Administrations Office. He directed me to the Sales desk to speak with someone who could pull up my account. I did that and now the problem is resolved and I am waiting for my refund.
