I saw a segment from Dr. Oz that was on an ad online that apparently took this clip and used it to sell their two colon cleansing products to try for free, all I had to pay was $4.95 shipping for each item (2 items). The items are called Coffee Pure Cleanse and Max Detox (they are the same company that sells these). There was no small print on the order page, nothing anywhere saying I would be charged on my credit card in the future or that I had to opt out to not be charged. It also never said what the full price of this product was. It was supposed to be a one time trial.. so I thought.. until I started receiving emails with order and shipping confirmations (automatically charging to my credit card). One was $89.99 and the other $85.99! I immediately called the only number listed, same number in both emails for the two products, and canceled the product through an automated service. A month later I received one more box of the Coffee Cleanse product. Since there was only one phone number listed for both products I assumed I canceled both but it only canceled one.. thus charging me another $89.99! After looking back through my credit card statement, they had charged me for the "free" bottles I received because apparently if you do not cancel within 15 days of trying it you pay full price. I was also charged for the three more bottles that I never wanted. My credit card company reimbursed me for 3 charges and I am currently returning the last bottle I received because after calling one number and finally getting a person.. I got the phone number for this product so I could return it. They will only take back one bottle, and said they would fully reimburse me for it which hopefully they actually do. I am still currently out $85.99 thanks to this whole mess. If there had been ANY indication I would have to pay for these products in the future, I assure you, I would have never ordered it. There was no information on their order screen whatsoever, the only time I found info was after they automatically started reordering and they put their info in that email. This is after I had unknowingly been charged full price for the "free" ones that I saw about having to cancel after 15 days. It is my fault for being gullable and not keeping a closer eye on my credit card, but it is also their's for not properly notifying the customer of the process and for only providing one phone number so that you can only cancel/return one of the two!
