Saw a charge from this company on my VISA. Contacted them for resolution and they say they will refund. How they acquired my credit information to process a charge is a mystery however. I've never visited their site before the charge occurred. Needless to say their robotic "support" isn't forthcoming. I am contacting VISA and filing a police report.
