I ordered the trial for 4.95 & paid 1.95 extra for faster shipping. It still took 10 days to receive. I call within 4 days of receiving to verify the date for cancellation (told 10/24) I canceled that night just to be safe. I called the next day to verify it was canceled and the charges they took (4.95). They charged me 70 and I've called to fight it asking to pull phone calls. No record they say. I've given them exact dates/times and person I spoke with. They say no record. I've received TERRIBLE customer service! Besides the fact I've lost no weight. This is a terrible product and one of the worst customer service/company ethics I've ever dealt with!!!
