i have ordered one mobile phone of rs 1599 (online payment) than after two days i have cancelled my order due to some issues . my order was not dispatched at that time and so asked to cancel it ASAP. they cancelled my order and then i asked for refund they refused and said that we can give you volcher but not money after lots of struggle they agrred to give my money back . but now they are not replying on my mails and complaints regarding same whenever i call them they dont recieve my call at once i have to call them 4 5 times continous then they answer my call and they said we will get back soon and then they never get back its almost one week i havent replied for any of my complaint please take care of them in our own way . you are the only hope left with me .
